Patrick Akoto, the Director of Communications for Medeama SC, has been appointed to lead the Ghana Has Talent Committee. Tasked with the planning and organization of the National Division Two Super Cup, the committee aims to bring together the best Division Two clubs from various regions for a competitive platform. This competition will also serve as a crucial preparatory ground for regional Division Two league champions as they gear up for the Access Bank Division One League.
With a wealth of experience in football administration and media management spanning 15 years, Patrick Akoto’s background includes roles at Choice FM, Rite Multimedia, and as the editor of ghanasoccernet. A graduate of Accra Academy and the Ghana Institute of Journalism, Akoto is well-equipped to lead the committee in its efforts to elevate the National Division Two Super Cup and foster talent development.
Additionally, the committee’s leadership includes Stephen Appiah, the General Manager of PAC, who will serve as the vice chairman. Together, they aim to create a platform that not only showcases the talent of Division Two clubs but also facilitates their growth and readiness for higher-level competitions.
