This financial injection is aimed at revitalizing and fostering the growth of Nigeria’s football and sports as a whole. The released funds will be utilized to address pending matters, including the clearance of salary arrears and outstanding debts owed to coaches of national teams and other sports entities under the purview of the sports ministry.
