Napoli’s prolific forward, Victor Osimhen, has hinted at his desire to play in the Premier League, adding fuel to speculations linking him with a potential move to Chelsea. While any transfer in the current window appears unlikely, Chelsea sees Osimhen as a solution to their goal-scoring challenges and may join the race for his signature in the summer.

The 25-year-old Nigerian international acknowledged his interest in the Premier League during an interview with Sky Sports, saying, “Of course, one day I’d love to play in the Premier League definitely. But for now, I’ve other plans for my career. When the time comes, everyone will know.”

Chelsea is not the only English club eyeing Osimhen, as Arsenal is also reportedly interested. However, the financial feasibility of meeting Osimhen’s €120 million release clause, outlined in his Napoli contract, remains uncertain. The release clause is open to any potential suitor, making Osimhen a sought-after target in the upcoming transfer market.
