In anticipation of the Futsal Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Cote d’Ivoire, Ghana’s head coach, Philip Boakye, expresses confidence in the team’s readiness for the upcoming clash.

The Ghanaian squad has been diligently preparing for the contest, with a three-week training camp in Cape Coast aimed at refining their skills and strategies.

Coach Boakye commented on the team’s state, saying, “The boys have been in camp for three weeks, and their performance has been commendable. The support and motivation from the top have been substantial, setting the stage for a fast-paced and intense game that will surely captivate our supporters.”

He continued, “We can confidently say that we are well-prepared and organized as we approach our match against formidable opponents tomorrow. We urge all Ghanaians to rally behind us, and we assure them that we are determined to secure qualification.”

The highly anticipated game is scheduled to kick off at 3:00 pm in the Sports Hall of the University of Cape Coast on Friday, February 2, 2024.
