New NSA Director Vows Innovation and Staff Support

Dodzie Numekevor, the newly appointed Director-General of the National Sports Authority (NSA), has called upon staff to prioritize the organization’s mission and cultivate loyalty to bolster its role in national sports development.

During a staff gathering at the Accra Sports Stadium, Numekevor stressed the need to capitalize on opportunities presented by the recently enacted Sports Act. He urged for innovative strategies to boost internal revenue, particularly through efficient stadium management, and to fund sports initiatives.

Numekevor pledged to advocate for staff interests and improve working conditions by digitizing operations, ensuring reliable internet connectivity, and providing essential IT resources.

The gathering also facilitated open dialogue, allowing staff to voice suggestions and concerns regarding their welfare, highlighting a commitment to fostering a supportive work environment.
