Ghanaian Forward Henry Addo Celebrates Israeli Title Win with Maccabi Tel-Aviv

Ghanaian youngster Henry Addo revels in his first-season success as Maccabi Tel-Aviv secures the Israeli Premier League championship.

Addo witnessed his new team’s commanding 3-0 triumph over rivals Hapoel Beer Sheva, establishing an unassailable eight-point lead with just two matches remaining in the season.

Having joined Maccabi Tel-Aviv from Slovakia’s MSK Zilina in February 2024, Addo penned a 3.5-year contract worth €1 million.

While opportunities were limited at Zilina, Addo’s excitement remains undiminished by his minimal involvement, as he celebrates the team’s remarkable achievements.

Maccabi Tel-Aviv’s dominance in the domestic scene saw them secure 24 wins, with seven draws and only three losses in 34 challenging fixtures.

With their triumph secured, Maccabi Tel-Aviv now sets their sights on the UEFA Champions League.
