Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has lauded West Ham’s Mohammed Kudus as an outstanding player ahead of their crucial Premier League clash on Sunday.
In a bid to secure their fourth consecutive Premier League title, Manchester City faces West Ham United at the Etihad Stadium. Guardiola’s side understands the significance of a victory, as anything less could provide an opportunity for Arsenal to snatch the title from their grasp.
Recognizing West Ham’s attacking threat, Guardiola specifically highlighted the impact of Mohammed Kudus, who has impressed with 13 goals in all competitions during his debut season with the Hammers.
“Now I’m not thinking one second about next season because it’s West Ham. Four players up front who can create something,” Guardiola commented, as reported by EuroFoot.
“Kudus is an exceptional player. Bowen for many years and Antonio, when he’s fit, is unbelievable. Paqueta is a top-class player in that he can do many things. That’s why. All four from nothing they can do something unique and special. That is my only concern right now.”
With Arsenal closely monitoring Kudus and his teammates, the pressure is on Manchester City to secure victory and clinch the title. As Arsenal awaits their fate, they will simultaneously host Everton in their final match of the season.
