Williams, a key figure for the Black Stars, achieved a significant milestone by scoring his 100th goal for Athletic Bilbao in the 2-2 draw at the San Mames stadium. This goal marked a remarkable achievement in his career, particularly as it was his third goal in the last two matches, making this season his most prolific wearing the Red and White jersey.

Despite facing an early setback with goals from Raul Garcia and Reuben Garcia putting Osasuna ahead, Williams spearheaded the comeback by finding the back of the net with a clinical finish in the 60th minute.
