Eunisell Limited, a leading chemical solutions firm, has commended Abia Warriors for their historic achievement of reaching the finals of the President Federation Cup for the first time. Eunisell, the club’s front-of-shirt sponsor for the 2022/23 NPFL season, aims to enhance private sector involvement in Nigeria’s national professional league, following a six-year sponsorship of Rivers United FC.

Chika Ikenga, Managing Director of Eunisell, emphasized that this milestone underscores the value of the company’s sponsorship and its positive impact on the team’s performance. He highlighted that the club’s success is a testament to the benefits of strong partnerships and dedicated support.

“Eunisell is proud to be part of this journey and looks forward to celebrating this milestone achievement with the team and our community when they lift the trophy on Saturday,” Ikenga said. “Our sponsorship has been a catalyst for success, reminiscent of our support for Rivers United, who were the Nigerian Professional League champions in 2022.”

This marks the second year of Eunisell’s sponsorship of Abia Warriors FC. Ikenga praised the players, coaches, backroom staff, and management for their hard work and dedication, urging them to strive for victory in the final match, which is scheduled for Saturday at 4 pm at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena in Onikan.

The event, which will be attended by the Governor of Abia State or the Deputy Governor, underscores the importance and prestige of the occasion. Eunisell’s ongoing commitment to the growth of the NPFL and its clubs began with their sponsorship of the defunct Sharks FC of Port Harcourt in 2015, continuing with Rivers United from 2016 through 2022.
