Black Stars players Tariq Lamptey and Ibrahim Osman have been included in Brighton and Hove Albion’s squad for their pre-season tour of Japan. The duo is part of The Seagulls’ 31-man squad set to participate in a series of friendly matches in preparation for the 2024-2025 EPL season.
Osman, who was signed by Brighton for 20 million euros from Danish club FC Nordsjaelland in the January transfer window, recently joined the team. He joins fellow Right To Dream Academy alumnus Simon Adingra on Brighton’s roster and mentioned that he had spoken with Adingra before deciding to join the club.
Both Osman and Lamptey recently represented the Black Stars in their 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Mali and the Central African Republic, with Ghana emerging victorious in both matches.
