The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has sealed a significant partnership with 5-Star Energy Drink, appointing the brand as its official Beverage Partner.
Under the four-year agreement, 5-Star Energy Drink will provide both product and cash support to the GFA annually.
This collaboration marks the GFA’s second major partnership in recent months, following the announcement of Lele as their Official Meal Partner.
GFA President Kurt Edwin Simeon-Okraku expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, noting the increasing confidence of corporate Ghana in the GFA brand. He believes that the support from 5-Star Energy Drink will invigorate the national teams, enhancing their performance on and off the field.
The partnership aims to boost the energy levels of the Black Stars, Black Queens, and other national teams, with aspirations of qualifying for a fifth World Cup and securing a fifth Africa Cup title.
Rabih Bourji, General Manager of 5-Star Energy Drink, echoed the company’s excitement for the collaboration, emphasizing their dedication to promoting sports and healthy lifestyles.
This partnership is set to create synergies and deliver significant value to both parties, with 5-Star Energy Drink prominently featured in GFA events and initiatives.
The deal further strengthens the GFA’s sponsorship portfolio, ensuring essential resources for the development and success of football in Ghana.
