Ghana U20 winger Abdul Hakim Sulemana has signed a long-term contract with Danish Superliga club Randers FC after reaching an agreement with Olympique Lyonnais. As part of the deal, Lyon will receive a percentage of any future transfer fee for Sulemana.
Sulemana, the younger brother of Southampton’s Kamaldeen Sulemana, departs Lyon in search of regular playing time. Despite his potential and impressive performances at the African Games, where he played a key role in Ghana’s gold medal win, he struggled to secure a spot in Lyon’s first team.
Randers FC is set to officially unveil Sulemana in the coming days as he embarks on his new journey in Denmark.
