Ghanaian midfielder Godswill Vadze has expressed his excitement after securing a move to Serbian club Cukaricki during the summer transfer window.
The former Accra Shooting Stars player signed a three-year contract with Cukaricki, joining from the Bosnian side Zvijezda 09. Vadze is eager to begin his new journey in the Serbian Super Liga.
“I am very happy that I became a member of Cukaricki. I can’t wait to meet my teammates to do the first training, and I hope to be in competition for games very soon,” Vadze told the club’s official website.
“I am grateful to God and to all the people in Ghana who believed in my talent. I promise to give my best for this club, to which I am very grateful for the fact that they signed me. It is a privilege to play for Cukaricki,” he added.
Vadze could make his debut in the game against Spartak Subotica on Sunday, July 28, 2024.
