Sprinter Joseph Paul Amoah has been selected as the captain and flagbearer for Team Ghana at the Paris 2024 Olympics. Amoah will compete in the men’s 4x100m relay in Track & Field.

Currently, Team Ghana is in Strasbourg, completing their final preparations before moving to the Olympic Village in Paris on July 21, 2024. The Paris 2024 Olympic Games commence on July 26, and Team Ghana is determined to showcase their skills and make their nation proud.

President of the Ghana Olympic Committee (GOC), Ben Nunoo Mensah, is optimistic about improving on the achievements at Tokyo 2020, where Ghana won a bronze medal in boxing.
