Ghanaian forward Tahiru Awudu has completed a move to Spanish club Marbella FC ahead of the upcoming season. Formerly with Medeama SC, Awudu signed a one-year contract with the option for an additional twelve months, joining from CD Estepona.
Known for his explosive playing style, Awudu is expected to bolster Marbella’s attacking lineup as they aim for promotion to the second tier of Spanish football.
“Marbella Football Club has reached an agreement with Ghanaian player Tahiru Awudu, who will be with our club until June 30, 2025, with an option for another season,” confirmed the club in an official statement.
Awudu has previously played for CF Fuenlabrada and CD Badajoz in the lower divisions of Spanish football. He initially moved to Spain in 2020, starting his European career with Alcobendas FC before progressing to higher levels.
