Ex-Golden Eaglets Striker Tijjani Mohammed Begins Training at Hammarby, Potential 3-Year Deal on the Horizon

Former Golden Eaglets striker Tijjani Mohammed has begun training with Hammarby Talang FF, the reserve team of the Swedish club Hammarby, ahead of his official unveiling. Mohammed joins on loan for the remainder of the 2024 season, with an option to buy that could see him sign a three-year contract and earn promotion to the first team if he impresses. Hammarby secured the teenage forward after his standout performances at the 2024 Dana Cup, where he earned Man of the Match honors, and the World Youth Championship in Oslo, where he scored five goals in a single game. Mohammed had to leave the tournament early to finalize his move to the Swedish club.
