Black Stars goalkeeper coach Fatau Dauda has praised head coach Otto Addo for his collaborative leadership style. Dauda, who joined the technical team under Addo’s guidance, appreciates the coach’s open and inclusive approach to management.

Describing Addo as a “great man,” Dauda highlighted the cooperative environment that the coach fosters within the team. “He doesn’t hide anything from us. We always plan together, make decisions together, and have meetings to get the best out of the team,” Dauda said.

The former Sudan goalkeeper coach expressed his enthusiasm for working with Addo, noting the positive influence and learning opportunities provided by the coach. “He is a coach that you would like to work with, and you can learn a lot from him,” Dauda added.

As the Black Stars prepare for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers, they will face Angola on September 5 at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi before traveling to play Niger.
