Hope Performance Tennis Launches High-Performance Training Camp for Ghana’s Youth Tennis Talent

Hope Performance Tennis has unveiled its upcoming Hope High Performance Training Camp, an initiative aimed at nurturing and inspiring young tennis talent in Ghana. Founded by Enoch Godi, the camp will be held at Winneba Sports College from August 15-30, 2024, featuring the top two players from each category of the Hope Junior National Ranking.

The selected players include Angel Bagerbaseh, Philips Kotey, Lisel Ampah, and Christabel Aduafo Collins in the 14/16 Girls category, and Jeff Frimpong, Michael Asakinaba, Edward Donkor, and Isaac Akuako in the 14/16 Boys category. Experienced coaches, including Yahya Macauley, will lead the camp, providing expert guidance to the young athletes.

This initiative follows Hope Performance Tennis Inc.’s recent donation of tennis equipment worth $25,000 to several tennis clubs in Accra. The Hope High Performance Training Camp is set to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Ghanaian tennis.
