CAF President Patrice Motsepe has voiced his frustration over national teams being forced to play home matches outside their countries due to inadequate stadiums, citing Ghana as one of the affected nations. During a CAF meeting in Kenya, Motsepe emphasized the importance of teams playing in front of home fans and highlighted CAF’s efforts to ensure every country has at least one suitable stadium for hosting matches. Ghana, banned from using the Baba Yara Stadium, may have to play its upcoming AFCON qualifier against Sudan in Togo or Ivory Coast.
