Neil Armstrong-Mortagbe, Head of Public Relations and Strategy for the Ghana Football Association (GFA), has revealed the GFA’s vision to upgrade the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence to a four-star accommodation facility. Speaking in an interview with Citi Sports after the sod-cutting ceremony for the construction of a 40-room structure, Armstrong-Mortagbe emphasized that the goal is to create a high-quality facility capable of hosting Ghana’s national teams, particularly the Black Stars.
“This 40-bed accommodation facility is designed to meet four-star quality standards, similar to the hotels where our players usually camp in Ghana. The vision is to provide a dedicated space for our senior national team to camp in Prampram,” Armstrong-Mortagbe stated.
He further stressed that the GFA is steadily working toward making the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence a true center of excellence for Ghana football.
