Accra Hearts of Oak are focused on recovering from their 1-0 defeat to Basake Holy Stars on the opening day of the Ghana Premier League, as the club’s Public Relations Officer, Kwame Opare Addo, stressed the importance of shifting attention to their next match against Heart of Lions.

Speaking to Asempa FM, Opare Addo acknowledged the disappointment surrounding the loss but emphasized the need to move forward and improve. He reassured fans that the club is committed to avoiding a repeat of last season’s relegation scare, stating, “We don’t want what happened to us last season to happen again.”

With an emphasis on learning from their mistakes, Hearts of Oak aims to be more competitive and purposeful in their upcoming fixtures as they prepare to face Heart of Lions.
