The Central Regional Boxing Federation and the Cape Coast Youth Development Association, in collaboration with the National Sports Authority (NSA) and the Fetu Afahye celebration, are organizing the Oguaa Fetu Afahye @ 60 Inter-Regional Boxing Showdown on September 6, 2024, at London Bridge, Cape Coast.

Regions including Greater Accra, Volta, and Western have expressed interest in participating in this event.

Organizers have announced that winners will receive attractive prizes and have the opportunity to be selected for Ghana’s national boxing team, the Black Bombers.

All roads lead to London Bridge, Cape Coast, this weekend for this special Fetu Afahye boxing event, powered by the Ghana Boxing Federation (GBF) and the Central Regional Boxing Federation, as part of their efforts to discover new talent for Ghana’s most successful national teams—the Black Bombers and the female squad, the Black Hitters.
