Ghanaian winger Abdul Fatawu Issahaku believes that playing alongside fellow countryman Jordan Ayew at Leicester City will significantly aid his progress at the club. Ayew, who joined the Foxes in the summer from Crystal Palace, brings valuable Premier League experience that Issahaku feels will help him settle and thrive.
Ayew has been a key figure since Leicester’s promotion to the Premier League, playing eight matches, while Issahaku, mostly appearing as a substitute, has featured in nine games.
“It’s a great advantage having someone like Jordan in the team,” Issahaku said in a Showmax interview. “He’s experienced and can guide me to achieve my goals.”
