The Super Eagles of Nigeria departed for Libya on Sunday for their 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifying matchday 4 clash against the Mediterranean Knights. The team initially planned to land in Tripoli and travel by road to Benghazi but changed the itinerary to avoid unnecessary strain. Nigeria will now play Libya at the Martyrs of Benina Stadium on Tuesday at 8 PM Nigerian time. After a 1-0 win in Uyo, the Super Eagles are aiming to maintain their unbeaten record in the qualifiers.
