Former Black Stars captain, Asamoah Gyan, has named 2010 as the best year of his football career. In an interview with 3Xtra TV, Gyan reminisced about his journey during the 2010 FIFA World Cup, where he played a key role in leading Ghana to the quarter-finals. Gyan, who retired in June 2024 at the age of 37, remains Africa’s top scorer in World Cup history.
