Former Black Stars assistant coach, Didi Dramani, has voiced his support for current Ghana coach Otto Addo, despite the team’s disappointing performance in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Sudan. Dramani, now head coach of the Black Galaxies, believes changing coaches won’t solve Ghana’s issues and has called for more time for Addo to implement necessary structural changes. Ghana, who last failed to qualify for AFCON in 2004, now faces an uphill battle to secure their spot for next year’s tournament in Morocco, needing crucial wins against Angola and Niger.
