Fatawu Issahaku, disappointed with Leicester City’s Defeat to Nottingham Forest

Ghanaian international Abdul Fatawu Issahaku expressed his disappointment following Leicester City’s 3-1 loss to Nottingham Forest in the English Premier League. The match, held at King Power Stadium, saw Issahaku play the full 90 minutes as the Foxes faced defeat on their home turf.

“Really hard one to take. I’m so disappointed for not getting the result we wanted. Thank you all for your amazing support last night, Foxes,” Issahaku said after the match.

Nottingham Forest took an early lead with Ryan Yates scoring just 16 minutes in, but Leicester’s experienced forward Jamie Vardy equalized in the 23rd minute. The visitors quickly regained their advantage when Chris Wood netted two goals, one just after halftime and another in the 60th minute, sealing the win for Nottingham.

Compatriot Jordan Ayew made a substitute appearance in the game, coming on for Stephy Mavididi in the 68th minute. Issahaku has now made nine appearances in the Premier League this season, providing two assists during that time.
