Ghanaian forward Inaki Williams has been included in La Liga’s Team of the Week for Matchday 10 following his outstanding performance for Athletic Bilbao in their win against Espanyol. Williams scored twice as the Rojiblancos secured a dominant victory at San Mames last Saturday.

The Black Stars striker played 73 minutes before being substituted for Nicolas Serrano, as manager Ernesto Valverde sought to rest him for their midweek European fixture. Williams, who primarily operated on the right, occasionally switched flanks with his brother, Nico Williams. Nico contributed two assists in the match and was also named in the Team of the Week alongside their teammate Alex Berenguer.

Inaki Williams has netted three goals and provided four assists in ten La Liga appearances this season, alongside scoring once in two Europa League games.
