Leeroy Owusu Shines with Two Assists in Odense BK’s 5-1 Victory Over FC Roskilde

Dutch-Ghanaian defender Leeroy Owusu played a key role in Odense BK’s 5-1 win against FC Roskilde in the Danish 1st Division. Owusu, who played the entire 90 minutes, provided two vital assists in Round 13 of the league.

Odense took an early lead in the 12th minute, with Owusu setting up Max Ejdum for the opening goal. Don Deedson Louicius added a second before halftime as Odense dominated possession with 62% control. Though Roskilde scored a consolation goal in the 80th minute through Roni Arabaci, Odense responded swiftly with an own goal by Oliver Skolnik. Owusu then capped off his impressive performance with a second assist in the 89th minute, setting up Nikolaj Juul-Sandberg to seal the emphatic win.

This brings Owusu’s tally for the season to six assists and one goal as Odense prepares for their next clash against Esbjerg fB on October 26th.
