Maxwell Gyamfi’s Early Goal Leads VfL Osnabrück to Victory Over VfB Stuttgart II

Maxwell Gyamfi’s 13th-minute goal secured a 1-0 victory for VfL Osnabrück against VfB Stuttgart II in a tight 3. Liga contest at Bremer Brücke. The German-born Ghanaian defender scored with a precise right-footed shot after an assist from Bashkim Ajdini, giving Osnabrück an early lead. Despite Stuttgart II dominating possession with 61%, Osnabrück’s defence, led by Gyamfi, limited their opponents to just one shot on target, preserving the clean sheet. This win improves Osnabrück’s head-to-head record and lifts them in the standings as they gear up to face Arminia Bielefeld on October 20th. This was Gyamfi’s first goal in his six appearances this season.
