Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) is reportedly targeting 20-year-old striker Samu Omorodion, who was close to joining Chelsea last summer before the deal fell through. The Spanish forward, who is also eligible to represent Nigeria, joined FC Porto from Atlético de Madrid and has quickly made an impact, scoring seven goals in seven appearances.
Omorodion’s stellar performances have drawn the attention of top European clubs, with PSG reportedly considering a €100 million bid for the young talent, according to Spanish outlet Fichajes.
PSG is eager to strengthen its attacking lineup after underwhelming performances from recent signings Randal Kolo Muani and Goncalo Ramos.
Although PSG is keen on Omorodion, it remains to be seen if they will move forward with such a significant offer, especially given their recent financial concerns regarding Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen.
