Carl Davordzie Shines in CSM Ceahlaul’s 4-2 Triumph Over FC Craiova

In a thrilling Liga 2 match on Friday, Ghanaian forward Carl Davordzie delivered a spectacular performance, propelling CSM Ceahlaul to a 4-2 victory over FC Craiova on their home turf. Davordzie, who has been in superb form this season, played a pivotal role in all four of Ceahlaul’s goals, leaving a lasting impact on the game and earning himself the title of man of the match.

The action began in the 22nd minute when Davordzie won a penalty, setting up teammate Patrick Petre to convert and level the score at 1-1. Davordzie continued to impose himself, assisting Petre’s second goal in the 33rd minute, which put Ceahlaul ahead 2-1.

FC Craiova managed to equalize just before halftime, but Davordzie remained relentless. As the game intensified in the second half, he delivered a second assist in the 82nd minute, setting up Cristian Copot for a crucial goal that restored Ceahlaul’s lead at 3-2.

To top off his outstanding performance, Davordzie scored in the 90th minute—his seventh goal of the season—securing Ceahlaul’s victory and moving them up to fifth in the Liga 2 table with 20 points from 12 games.
