Thomas Partey Embraces Versatility to Support Arsenal’s Ambitions

Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey has reaffirmed his commitment to helping the team by playing in any position required, following his recent role as a right-back in the Premier League clash against Brighton & Hove Albion.

The Ghana international stepped in for the suspended Jurrien Timber at the AMEX Stadium on Saturday, a position he has filled several times this season due to injuries and suspensions in the squad.

Speaking after the game, the 30-year-old highlighted his readiness to adapt and evolve to meet the team’s needs. “I’m a professional, and I’ll play everywhere to help the team. I’m available to play in any position and will always give my best,” Partey told the club’s website.

Partey also expressed his determination to improve in the defensive role. “If I can do much better and improve, I’ll be happy. These are moments when the team needs me, and I’m really happy to step up and help whenever I can.”

With Arsenal now focusing on their Carabao Cup semifinal first-leg clash against Newcastle United on Tuesday evening, Partey’s versatility could once again prove vital for the Gunners.
