A New Era at Arsenal?
Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta is preparing for a major squad shake-up ahead of the summer transfer window, with several first-team players, including Ghanaian midfielder Thomas Partey, expected to depart. The overhaul is aimed at strengthening the squad while freeing up funds for new signings.
Partey, whose contract expires at the end of the season, has yet to agree to an extension, making his exit increasingly likely. If no new deal is reached, the 30-year-old could leave as a free agent after four seasons in North London.

Alongside Partey, players such as Jorginho, Kieran Tierney, Jakub Kiwior, Oleksandr Zinchenko, and even Raheem Sterling have been linked with possible departures. This move would help Arsenal lower their wage bill and generate funds for reinforcements.
Arteta has already identified key targets to reshape his squad. Newcastle’s Alexander Isak and RB Leipzig’s Benjamin Sesko are high on the list for a striker role, while midfield reinforcements could come from Real Sociedad’s Martin Zubimendi or Rosenborg’s rising star Sverre Nypan.
With Arsenal facing a crucial summer following a season of mixed fortunes, the upcoming transfer window could mark the beginning of a new era at the Emirates.
