Morale Booster: Sports Minister Kofi Adams Rallies Black Queens Ahead of WAFCON Semi-Final Showdown

In a determined push for glory, Ghana’s Minister for Sports and Recreation, Kofi Adams, paid a special visit to the Black Queens in Rabat ahead of their blockbuster WAFCON semi-final clash against hosts Morocco.

Behind closed doors at the team’s hotel, Kofi Adams delivered a heartfelt message of encouragement, reminding the players and technical team that the whole nation stands solidly behind them. His mission was clear — to fuel the Queens with confidence as they chase a long-awaited spot in the final for the first time since 2006.

Arriving in Rabat to boost morale, Adams praised the team’s fighting spirit throughout the tournament and urged them to go all out under the floodlights of the intimidating 53,000-seater Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium.

With history within touching distance, the Black Queens know the stakes: silence the home crowd, make the final, and write a golden chapter in Ghanaian women’s football history.
