BREAKING NEWS: Ghanaian midfielder Thomas Partey has formally denied all charges of rape and sexual assault leveled against him during his appearance at Westminster Magistrates’ Court.
Partey, who faces five counts of rape involving two women, was granted bail under strict conditions. These include no direct contact with the complainants, as well as obligations to inform police of any address changes or international travel plans.
Despite the ongoing legal proceedings, the 31-year-old is expected to link up with his new club Villarreal CF in Spain. He has already completed his medical, paving the way for an imminent transfer from Arsenal.
The case continues, with a trial date reportedly set for 2026.
