Bournemouth Stand Firm: Antoine Semenyo Off-Limits Despite January Transfer Interest

AFC Bournemouth have issued a clear hands-off warning to potential suitors eyeing Ghanaian forward Antoine Semenyo ahead of the January transfer window.

The Black Stars attacker, who drew serious summer attention from Manchester United, Liverpool, and Tottenham Hotspur, chose commitment over speculation by signing a new contract with the Cherries. That deal—without a release clause—gives Bournemouth full control of his future and reportedly sets his value at a staggering £70 million.

Despite anticipating another wave of bids this winter, the south-coast club has ruled out any mid-season departure for their in-form star. Semenyo has repaid their faith in style, firing three goals and providing two assists in just five Premier League appearances. His blistering performances earned him both the Player of the Month and Goal of the Month awards for August.

With Bournemouth determined to keep hold of their talisman, interested clubs will have to wait—and pay top dollar—if they hope to lure the 25-year-old away in the future.
