Libya FA Denies Mistreatment of Super Eagles, Apologizes for Postponed Match

The Libyan Football Federation has dismissed reports of unfair treatment of Nigeria’s Super Eagles during their visit to Libya for a scheduled AFCON qualifying match. The Nigerian team was left stranded for over 13 hours at the Al Abraq International Airport, far from their intended destination. The Libyan FA insists the blame lies with Nigeria, referencing previous inconveniences they experienced en route to Nigeria. The Confederation of African Football (CAF) is investigating the incident.
