Raphael Onyedika Sent Off in AC Milan vs. Club Brugge Champions League Clash

Super Eagles midfielder Raphael Onyedika received his second red card of the season during Club Brugge’s UEFA Champions League match against AC Milan. With just five minutes left in the first half, Onyedika’s challenge on Tijjani Reijnders led to a VAR review, resulting in a straight red card from referee Felix Zwayer. This follows his previous red card in a 1-1 draw with Royale Union Saint-Gilloise. His dismissal came at a critical point, with Brugge trailing 1-0 after Christian Pulisic’s goal. Fellow Nigerian Samuel Chukwueze, who plays for Milan, was not in the starting lineup but may feature later.
