Patrick Twumasi Shines as Beitar Jerusalem Stages Comeback Win Over Maccabi Haifa

Ghanaian forward Patrick Twumasi played a pivotal role in Beitar Jerusalem’s thrilling 3-2 comeback victory against Maccabi Haifa in Round 4 of the Israeli Ligat Ha’Al on Tuesday. After Dean David’s 21st-minute opener for Maccabi Haifa, Twumasi equalized in the 34th minute to level the match.

Though Maccabi Haifa regained the lead early in the second half with another goal from Dean David, Beitar fought back. Abiezer Jeno scored the second equalizer in the 71st minute, and just five minutes later, Twumasi assisted Timothy Muzie for the decisive goal, securing the win. Twumasi’s goal and assist were crucial in Beitar Jerusalem’s comeback performance.
