A banner commemorating Yiğit was displayed in the stands, serving as a poignant reminder of the young fan’s passion for the game.

Galatasaray struggled to find the back of the net until the 54th minute when Michy Batshuayi converted a brilliant assist from Dries Mertens, securing a hard-fought 1-0 victory. However, it was what followed the goal that captured the hearts of many.

Victor Osimhen, despite not being the scorer, led his teammate Batshuayi to the banner dedicated to Yiğit Kurt, ensuring that the young fan’s memory was honored in the most meaningful way.
