Mohammed Kudus has expressed deep admiration for British-Nigerian boxer Anthony Joshua, calling him a personal inspiration. The Ghanaian international, currently playing for West Ham United, revealed that if given the chance to choose another sport, he would pick boxing and emulate Joshua. Kudus admires how the boxer maintains a positive attitude through both victories and defeats, highlighting Joshua’s resilience despite setbacks.
“The energy and positive mindset he carries, whether he wins or loses, is something I truly respect,” said Kudus. He noted that even after Joshua’s recent loss to Daniel Dubois in Saudi Arabia, the boxer has remained upbeat about his future in the ring.
Kudus himself has been in strong form, making a comeback after a five-game suspension and helping West Ham with a series of important performances, including a goal and an assist in his last four games. With the Hammers gearing up for a challenging match against Manchester City on Saturday, Kudus is expected to continue his influential role on the pitch.
