Hungarian champions Ferencváros have bolstered their attack with the signing of Nigerian winger Bamidele Yusuf on a four-year contract from Serbian side FK Vojvodina.
The 24-year-old arrives in Budapest after a standout campaign in the Serbian SuperLiga, where he registered 18 goals and four assists. His form has continued this season, already notching three goals in five matches, making him one of the most sought-after forwards in the region.
Ferencváros manager Robbie Keane welcomed the signing with optimism, praising Yusuf as “young, hungry, and exactly the kind of pace and creativity we need going into the Europa League.”
At his unveiling at the Groupama Aréna, Yusuf expressed gratitude to Vojvodina for shaping his career and shared his excitement about the new challenge ahead. “Signing for Ferencváros is a big step forward in my career. I understand the expectations and I’m ready to give my all to help the team achieve success,” he said.
With his blistering speed and goal-scoring ability, Yusuf is set to play a pivotal role as Ferencváros aim to dominate domestically and make their mark in Europe.
