The Super Eagles Of Nigeria Reveal AFCON Squad Selection

Three-time African champions Nigeria are the latest nation to release their full squad list for the upcoming AFCON tournament in Côte D’ivoire. Portuguese coach Jose Peseiro’s squad is of course headlined by reigning CAF Men’s Footballer of the year, Victor Osimhen.

The Super Eagles will be aiming to go all the way to lift their first continental crown since their 2013 success in South Africa. Nottingham Forest striker Taiwo Awoniyi unfortunately misses out through injury but Nigeria are chock full with talent in attack. They still possess enough firepower to scare their rivals.
