George Faho Mensah, also known as “Stopper,” is one of Ghana’s emerging boxing talents, known for letting his impressive record speak for itself. Despite his quiet demeanor, Mensah is confident that his time to shine will come.

At 24 years old, Mensah trains as a middleweight at the Panix Boxing Gym in James Town under the guidance of Coach Emmanuel Yeboah. He has competed in the Ghana Boxing Authority’s Professional Boxing League, sponsored by Max TV Promotions and other companies.

Mensah boasts an enviable record of 6-0-1 with 3 KOs, earning him the nickname “Stopper,” which is well reflected in his achievements. His idol is American boxer Deontay “Tank” Davis.

Mensah recently secured a victory at Decathlon, Kawukudi, and frequently competes at the Bukom Boxing Arena. His next fight is scheduled against the formidable Selorm Darko, with the date to be announced soon.
