Lack of Organization Hindering Ghana’s Talent Development, Says Right To Dream Ghana CEO

Alex Asiedu, CEO of Right To Dream Academy Ghana, has identified the lack of proper organization as the key challenge preventing Ghana from fully harnessing its rich football talent. In an exclusive interview on ChannelOne Sports, Asiedu highlighted the need for structured systems to effectively develop and capitalize on the country’s abundant football talent.

Right To Dream Academy has earned a reputation for producing top-quality players, including Black Stars stars like Mohammed Kudus, Kamaldeen Sulemana, Ernest Nuamah, and others. Despite Ghana’s wealth of football talent, Asiedu emphasized that inadequate organization has limited the potential for both individual players and the nation to benefit.

“The talent in the country has remained strong for years. However, without an organized approach to harnessing this talent, it becomes difficult for individuals and the nation to fully benefit,” Asiedu stated. He further noted that Right To Dream’s mission is to implement structures that can tap into this talent pool, ensuring it remains a valuable resource for Ghana’s football future.
