The unveiling ceremony, held at the Accra Metropolitan Assembly Hall, emphasized the Union’s commitment to global outreach. The website, accessible at www.ghanasupporters.com, aims to facilitate easy engagement for local and international fans interested in joining the vibrant Ghana Supporters community. GSU’s General Secretary, Kassim Awal Osman, highlighted the significance of the milestone, stating that the platform provides an opportunity to showcase the Union’s impactful work. With optimism for AFCON 2024, Osman expressed the Union’s eagerness to support the Black Stars, revealing plans for a substantial contingent to travel by road to Abidjan. Fans are encouraged to stay updated and engage with the community through GSU’s official social media handles on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok under the username “Ghana Supporters.” The GSU operates under a nine-member Executive Board, with Issaka Moro Polo as Acting President, Osman Kassim Awal as General Secretary, and dedicated team members overseeing various portfolios.
