AFCON 2025 Qualifiers: Otto Addo Urges Black Stars to Sustain Performance Ahead of Sudan Clash

Ghana’s Black Stars coach, Otto Addo, has encouraged his players to maintain their current performance levels as they gear up for their next AFCON 2025 qualifying match against Sudan, set to take place in Libya. Despite a goalless draw in their first meeting, Addo remains confident that the team can secure a vital win in the return fixture.

While acknowledging the unpredictability of football, Addo stressed the importance of focus and continued effort. He remarked, “Football is unpredictable. We will try our best, and I believe we will be rewarded in the end.”

Addo also pointed out that even a win may not guarantee qualification, but insisted that the team must stay determined as they prepare for the tough road ahead. Ghana will face Sudan in Libya on Monday, October 14, as they seek their first victory in the AFCON 2025 qualifiers.
