Antoine Semenyo is having the best season of his career at Bournemouth, and former Ghana international Matthew Amoah believes the forward should remain at the club despite growing transfer speculation.

He went further to suggest that Bournemouth, under their current management, is more stable than Tottenham. “Bournemouth are currently a better team than Tottenham and seem more stable with a very good coach. So, joining a club that is far behind would be a demotion that makes no footballing sense.”
As Semenyo continues to shine, he is expected to be called up for Ghana’s upcoming 2026 World Cup qualifiers against Chad and Madagascar later this month. Whether he stays at Bournemouth or makes a high-profile move, one thing is certain—his star is on the rise.

For the first time in two decades, Ghana’s Black Stars will not be part of Africa’s biggest football spectacle—the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON). The disappointment has sent shockwaves through the football community, with former Ghana midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu placing the blame squarely on the Ghana Football Association (GFA) and head coach Otto Addo.
