Saudi Pro League outfit Al Qadsiah have set their sights on Ghanaian sensation Christopher Bonsu Baah, with talks already underway for a potential summer transfer.
The 20-year-old winger, who has lit up the Belgian Pro League with KRC Genk, ended the 2024/25 season with three goals and four assists in 38 appearances. Known for his blistering pace, close control, and fearless dribbling, Bonsu Baah quickly became one of the most exciting young wingers in Belgium.
With growing interest from several clubs, Al Qadsiah have now made a bold move to secure his services. The player’s agent, Shallon Nkeshimana, confirmed the Saudi side’s pursuit, stating:
> “I can confirm that there’s currently a huge interest from the Saudi Pro League and that we are in talks to make it happen,” he told Transfer Insider Sacha Tavolieri.
Bonsu Baah was signed by Genk two years ago for around €6 million. However, the Belgian club are now demanding approximately €20 million for the Ghana international—an indication of his rapid rise in value and potential.
If the deal materializes, Bonsu Baah could become one of the latest high-profile young talents to make the switch to the increasingly competitive Saudi league.
